At the beginning of this year, we received feedback from the brand regarding a consumer complaint about the quality of one of our shoes, requesting us to provide a solution. The issue raised by the consumer was that he experienced quality problems with a pair of shoes he had worn for 5 years. As a factory that values customer feedback, we take this matter very seriously. After receiving the images provided by the consumer, we carefully examined the wear and tear on the shoes and found that the soles were completely worn down, with the original tread patterns nearly gone. This clearly indicates that the consumer has been very fond of wearing our shoes and has used them frequently. If the shoes had any discomfort during use, he certainly would not have chosen to wear the same pair for five years, especially to the extent of wearing down the soles. First and foremost, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to this consumer for his appreciation and recognition of our products. Based on the duration of use and the level of wear on the shoes, it is evident that these shoes have provided him with great comfort and reliable support for his work. However, we must also clarify that any pair of shoes, after prolonged use, especially consumables like these, is likely to experience quality issues. According to our factory's policy, the warranty period for shoes is 1 year, and this pair has exceeded that period, having been used for 5 years. We always adhere to a customer-centric approach, striving to improve our product quality and service levels. Although this compensation request falls outside of our warranty policy, we take every customer feedback seriously and view it as an important basis for improving our products and services.
